Founded in 2020, Just Women’s Sports was created to change the game of women’s sports coverage. What started as an Instagram account is now the leading multimedia platform dedicated exclusively to women's sports, providing fans with in-depth coverage across multiple channels.
From highlights, analysis, editorial and social content to live programming, podcasts, video series, a bi-weekly newsletter, merchandise, live events, and a first-of-its-kind live scoreboard, JWS brings fans everything they need to see and know in the world of women's sports.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
I joined JWS in June 2020 to lead the digital and social charge, with a focus on creative storytelling and building a rich and empowered fanbase across its multiple channels of distribution.

From 2021 Q1 to Q4 we saw a +894% increase in revenue and partnered with 22+ brands, including Nike, Mastercard, Cisco, the WNBA, Athletic Greens, and Warby Parker.
JWS hosted its first-ever live pregame show, ‘The Warm Up’ on TikTok Live, ahead of the 2021 NWSL Championship, in partnership with Nike and TikTok, driving over 117k unique viewers.​​​​​​​
JWS added its first digital-first video series:
 Off The Ball with Ali Riley, which hosted superstars like Alex Morgan, Marta, Ashlyn Harris, Ali Krieger, and Sydney Leroux.

JWS expanded its industry-leading audio network:
Snacks: co-hosted by USWNT stars Sam Mewis and Lynn Williams, which debuted at #5 in Sports on Apple Podcasts.
- The Players' Pod: Hosted by Kelley O'Hara, which peaked at #6 on Apple Podcasts
- NETLIFE: with Dawn Staley, which premiered at #6 in Sports on Apple Podcasts
- Tea with A & Phee: Basketball podcast hosted by 2022 MVP A’ja Wilson and 2019 Rookie of the Year Napheesa Collier.
